
Cultural Liaison Officer

- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests and employees from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador for the company and promote diversity and inclusivity in all aspects of the business.
- Develop and implement strategies to bridge cultural gaps and create meaningful connections between guests and employees.
- Act as a resource for employees, providing cultural sensitivity training and support to ensure they understand and respect different customs and traditions.
- Collaborate with various departments, including human resources, marketing, and guest services, to ensure cultural diversity is reflected in all aspects of the company.
- Plan and organize cultural events and activities to celebrate and showcase different cultures within the company.
- Conduct research and stay updated on cultural trends and practices to inform and enhance the company's cultural awareness.
- Act as a liaison between the company and local cultural organizations, building partnerships and promoting community engagement.
- Communicate effectively with guests from different cultural backgrounds, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
- Monitor and address any cultural conflicts or issues that may arise within the workplace or with guests, promoting a respectful and inclusive resolution.
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon the company's cultural diversity initiatives to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
Bachelor's Degree In Cultural Studies, International Relations, Or A Related Field.
Fluency In At Least Two Languages, Including English And The Language(S) Of The Region(S) In Which The Hotel Operates.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Cultural Customs And Norms In Various Regions, With Sensitivity And Adaptability To Diverse Cultures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Bridge Cultural Gaps Between Guests And Hotel Staff.
