- Develop and maintain relationships with local cultural organizations, artists, and community leaders to enhance the cultural offerings of the hotel.
- Curate and organize cultural events, activities, and experiences for guests, showcasing the unique aspects of the local culture.
- Conduct cultural training sessions for hotel staff to ensure a high level of cultural sensitivity and awareness.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as concierge and guest services, to incorporate cultural elements into guest interactions and services.
- Assist in creating culturally-inspired menus, decor, and amenities for the hotel.
- Serve as a resource for guests, providing information and recommendations for cultural activities and attractions in the local area.
- Continuously research and stay updated on local cultural events, trends, and traditions to enhance the cultural offerings of the hotel.
