- Assist with special requests and VIP services for guests.
- Maintain guest confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Provide support and training to new concierge team members.
- Continuously strive to improve the guest experience and exceed their expectations.
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Concierge At Four Seasons Hotels And Resorts Must Possess Exceptional Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Guests And Fulfill Their Requests.
Strong Customer Service Experience: Applicants For A Concierge Position Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Luxury Hotel Or Hospitality Setting.
Knowledge Of Local Attractions And Amenities: A Successful Concierge Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Local Area And Be Able To Recommend And Book Reservations For Restaurants, Tours, And Other Activities For Guests.
