As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and ensuring their every need is met.   1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs and requests.
  3. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions to assist guests with inquiries and recommendations.
  4. Make reservations and arrangements for guests, including dining, transportation, and event tickets.
  5. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  7. Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and work area.
  8. Keep up-to-date records and logs of guest requests and services provided.
  9. Assist with the check-in and check-out process, including luggage handling.
  10. Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and provide personalized and memorable experiences.
  11. Attend training sessions and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Uphold the hotel's standards for guest service and etiquette at all times.
  13. Collaborate with colleagues to create and maintain a positive and cohesive work environment.
  14. Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle guest information with discretion.
  16. Attend to any other duties assigned by the management team.

  • Organizational And Time Management Skills: With A Wide Range Of Responsibilities, A Concierge Must Be Able To Multitask And Prioritize Effectively To Ensure All Guest Requests Are Handled Promptly And Efficiently.

  • Attention To Detail: A Concierge At Four Seasons Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail In Order To Ensure That All Guest Requests And Arrangements Are Executed Flawlessly. This Includes Making Reservations, Coordinating Transportation, And Arranging Special Requests.
