  1. Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival to the hotel, providing them with a warm and friendly introduction to their stay.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for guests, answering questions, providing recommendations, and addressing any concerns or requests they may have.
  3. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and other departments within the hotel.
  4. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate and helpful information.
  5. Anticipate guests' needs and proactively offer assistance, making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
  6. Coordinate and make reservations for dining, transportation, and other services for guests, ensuring their requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotel's reputation for exceptional service.
  8. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, representing the hotel and its brand in a positive and professional manner.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and flawless guest experience, including housekeeping, front desk, and food and beverage.
  10. Stay informed about local events and promotions to provide guests with recommendations and assist with planning their activities and itineraries.
  11. Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and enhance their overall experience at the hotel.
  12. Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence and adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.
