
Assistant Banquet Manager
The Assistant Banquet Manager assists the Banquet Director with the direction of all aspects of the Banquet Events, planning, organizing, control and direct the work of employees in the Hotel’s Banquet Events while ensuring guest satisfaction amongst others. Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control. Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments. Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the banquets department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met; daily activities and planning for banquet operation.
Previous experience of 2 years required.
