  1. Conduct regular store audits to identify potential risks and loss prevention issues.
  2. Monitor and analyze store surveillance footage to identify suspicious behavior and potential theft.
  3. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to prevent loss and increase security.
  4. Train and educate store employees on loss prevention procedures and best practices.
  5. Conduct investigations and interviews related to suspected theft or fraudulent activity.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all loss prevention activities.
  7. Communicate with law enforcement and other external partners as needed.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current theft trends and techniques, and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and address areas of vulnerability in store operations.
  10. Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
  11. Conduct regular inventory checks to identify discrepancies and potential sources of loss.
  12. Work closely with the store’s security team to monitor and address any security concerns.
  13. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of loss prevention technology, such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and operations, to ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
  15. Serve as a role model for ethical and responsible behavior in the workplace.
