  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and helping them find the perfect outfit.
  3. Utilize knowledge of current fashion trends and product offerings to make personalized recommendations to customers.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and promote customer loyalty.
  8. Stay up-to-date on all store promotions and sales events, and effectively communicate them to customers.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  10. Assist with restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
  11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those regarding safety and security.
  13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  14. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the company in a professional manner.
