3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and promotions offered by Forman Mills in order to effectively assist customers and make sales.
4. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
5. Monitor and restock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure products are readily available for customers.
6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
7. Meet and exceed individual sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
