1. Greet and welcome customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting and addressing customers' needs and inquiries.
3. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Forman Mills products, including fashion and home goods.
4. Actively engage with customers to promote and sell products, utilizing sales techniques and upselling strategies.
5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are neatly displayed and easily accessible.
6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently through the use of a cash register or other point-of-sale system.
7. Continuously monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals.
9. Stay up-to-date on current promotions and sales events to effectively communicate with customers.
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention measures and store cleanliness standards.
11. Multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs and maintain productivity.
12. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment.
13. Attend and actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
14. Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
15. Assist with tasks and projects assigned by store management.
