- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to ensure products are available and in-demand.
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions on product assortment and pricing.
- Work closely with buyers to source and negotiate deals with vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Train and develop team members on merchandising techniques and product knowledge.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Merchandising, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Merchandising, Preferably In A Similar Position.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Work With Vendors And Cross-Functional Teams.
