- Lead a team of buyers and planners to ensure timely and accurate product procurement and inventory management.

- Create and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all merchandise-related activities.
- Manage budgets and financial targets to achieve desired margins and profitability.

- Represent the company in a professional manner at industry events, trade shows, and vendor meetings.
- Continuously seek out and implement process improvements to enhance merchandise operations and efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Merchandising, Preferably In A Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of Retail Trends And Customer Preferences In The Fashion Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Merchandise Planning, Buying And Inventory Management.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions To Drive Sales And Profitability.
