Maintenance Associate

Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous maintenance experience • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to pass a background check • Excellent problem-solving skills • Attention to detail • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks

Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs • Operate and troubleshoot equipment as needed • Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and employees • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics • Follow all safety protocols and regulations • Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials • Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed according to company standards • Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on a regular basis • Record and document all maintenance activities • Maintain inventory of supplies and materials • Work with team members to facilitate smooth operations
