Maintenance Associate

Forman Mills is looking for a Maintenance Associate with a strong work ethic and a passion for keeping our store looking its best. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, be highly organized, and have a strong interest in retail operations. Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all store fixtures, displays, and equipment are properly maintained and in working order
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of all store areas, including the stockroom, sales floor, and restrooms
• Identify and execute preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the store is in top condition
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and order additional items as needed
• Assist with store layout and design changes
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and urgent requests
• Troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or damage in the store
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the store manager or district manager
