Responsibilities of a Loss Prevention Associate:

1. Monitor store premises to detect any suspicious activity.
2. Perform regular safety and security checks to ensure compliance with company procedures.
3. Respond quickly to any security risks or emergencies.
4. Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude with customers and employees.
5. Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues.
6. Assist in training new staff on security protocols and procedures.
7. Document and report any suspicious activities or violations of security protocols.
8. Assist with investigations into shoplifting, burglaries, and other criminal activities.
9. Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
10. Perform other duties as requested by management.
