  1. Monitor and patrol the store to identify and prevent potential theft, fraud, and other losses.
  2. Maintain a high level of vigilance and attention to detail at all times.
  3. Work closely with store management and other team members to implement effective loss prevention strategies.
  4. Identify and report any suspicious or unusual behavior to the appropriate authorities.
  5. Conduct thorough investigations of any incidents or losses, including reviewing surveillance footage and interviewing witnesses.
  6. Prepare and submit detailed reports on all incidents and losses.
  7. Collaborate with law enforcement and legal professionals as needed.
  8. Educate and train store employees on loss prevention best practices.
  9. Monitor and enforce store policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
  10. Use discretion and good judgment when addressing potential situations with customers or employees.
  11. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention techniques.
  13. Assist with store audits and inventory control to ensure accuracy and identify potential areas of improvement.
  14. Act as a customer service representative, providing assistance and support to customers as needed.
  15. Other duties as assigned by store management.
