High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Loss Prevention Associate At Forman Mills Is A High School Diploma Or Its Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Understanding Of Policies And Procedures.
Previous Experience In Loss Prevention: Candidates With Previous Experience In Loss Prevention Or Security Roles Will Be Preferred For The Position. This Includes Experience In Monitoring Cctv, Conducting Investigations, And Creating Reports.
Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques: A Loss Prevention Associate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Loss Prevention Techniques And Procedures. This Includes Knowledge Of Identifying And Preventing Theft, Fraud, And Other Criminal Activities In A Retail Environment.
