  1. Oversee and manage the front end team on a daily basis.
  2. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided by all front end staff.
  3. Train and develop front end staff on customer service techniques and company policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and maintain accurate cash handling and transaction processes.
  5. Ensure the front end area is visually appealing and merchandise is properly displayed.
  6. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
  7. Create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
  8. Collaborate with other store managers to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
  9. Monitor and analyze front end performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and productivity.
  10. Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Conduct regular meetings with front end staff to communicate updates, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
  12. Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and positive work environment.
  13. Manage scheduling and staffing needs for the front end team.
  14. Collaborate with visual merchandisers to ensure merchandise is displayed in a visually appealing and organized manner.
  15. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and retail operations.
  16. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to front end staff.
  17. Manage and track front end expenses and budget.
  18. Handle any other duties or tasks as assigned by upper management.
