Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front End Manager to join our team at Forman Mills.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the front end department, including cashiers, customer service associates, and greeters.
  2. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times by setting high standards and leading by example.
  3. Train, mentor, and coach front end staff on customer service, effective communication, and sales techniques.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.
  5. Create and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals.
  6. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front end area for customers.
  7. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of the front end.
  9. Maintain accurate records of transactions, returns, and exchanges.
  10. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any performance issues of front end staff.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the front end operations.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  14. Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular reports on front end performance.
  15. Uphold a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and encourages employee development.
