  1. Oversee the daily operations of the front end area, including cashiers and customer service representatives.
  2. Train and supervise front end staff to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient checkout processes.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cash registers, bags, and other necessary supplies.
  4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity in the front end area.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of cash handling and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  7. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the store.
  8. Create and maintain schedules for front end staff, taking into account peak shopping hours and employee availability.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Enforce loss prevention policies and procedures to minimize theft and fraud.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' practices to make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to front end staff.
  13. Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and team-building activities.
  14. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  15. Oversee the implementation of promotions and marketing initiatives at the front end, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Front End Manager At Forman Mills Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Support A Team Of Cashiers, Customer Service Representatives, And Other Front-End Staff.

  • Customer Service Experience: As The Face Of The Store, A Front End Manager Must Have Previous Experience In Customer Service To Ensure That All Customers Have A Positive Shopping Experience.

  • Organizational Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks, Such As Managing Cashiers, Monitoring Inventory Levels, And Ensuring That The Front End Runs Smoothly. Strong Organizational Skills Are Essential For Success In This Position.

  • Cash Handling Experience: A Front End Manager Must Have Previous Experience Handling Cash And Managing Cashiers To Ensure Accurate And Efficient Cash Handling Procedures.
