  1. Oversee Daily Operations: The Front End Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front end department. This includes managing the checkout process, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring a clean and organized store.
  2. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: The Front End Manager will be expected to have a strong focus on customer service. This includes greeting customers, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  3. Lead Front End Team: This role will involve leading and managing a team of front end employees. The Front End Manager will be responsible for training, scheduling, and providing guidance and support to the team.
  4. Monitor and Improve Performance: The Front End Manager will be responsible for monitoring and tracking the performance of the front end department. This includes identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  5. Ensure Compliance: The Front End Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all front end operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures. This includes cash handling procedures, safety regulations, and customer service standards.
