Door Greeter

Forman Mills is looking for a welcoming and enthusiastic Door Greeter to join our team! As the first point of contact for customers, the Door Greeter is responsible for creating a positive experience from the moment customers enter our store. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of prior customer service experience. They should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for a Door Greeter who will be the face of our store and take pride in providing customers with a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers as they enter the store with a warm and friendly welcome.
2. Offer assistance to customers to help them find the items they need.
3. Ensure a safe environment by monitoring customer and employee activity in the store.
4. Assist with product displays and merchandising.
5. Provide direction, answer questions, and resolve customer complaints.
6. Maintain an adequate stock of supplies, such as shopping bags and product information.
7. Follow all safety and security procedures.
8. Follow company policies and procedures.
9. Remain professional and courteous at all times.
10. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
