Door Greeter

Welcome to the Forman Mills team! We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Door Greeter to join us in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our customers. As a Door Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for all customers at our store, and your duties will be to provide excellent customer service and help create a pleasant shopping experience.The ideal candidate is an outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with customers and can demonstrate strong customer service skills. We are looking for someone who is reliable, has a great attitude, and can work with their team to ensure a seamless customer experience.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must have the ability to work flexible hours and some retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers upon entering the store and provide excellent customer service.
2. Facilitate a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
3. Answer customer questions and provide assistance when needed.
4. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
5. Monitor customer traffic to ensure safety and security of the store.
6. Demonstrate strong customer service skills and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
7. Work with team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
8. Adhere to store policies and procedures.
9. Work flexible hours and be available to cover additional shifts when needed.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
