  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and purchases.
  3. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers at all times.
  4. Ensure all customers are treated with respect and their needs are prioritized.
  5. Possess a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services in order to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
  6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
  9. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to provide a seamless customer service experience.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer service experience.
  11. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
  12. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  13. Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking shelves and participating in inventory counts.
  14. Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
  15. Adhere to all cash handling and credit card processing procedures.
  16. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  17. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's mission and values and reflect them in all customer interactions.
