- Oversee daily operations of the back-end department, including receiving, processing, and organizing merchandise shipments.
- Ensure efficient and accurate handling of merchandise, from receiving to inventory storage and distribution.
- Manage and train a team of back-end associates, providing guidance and support to ensure high productivity and performance.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for the sales floor and timely restocking of merchandise.
- Collaborate with other department supervisors to coordinate and streamline back-end operations with overall store operations.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Communicate effectively with store management to address any issues or concerns and provide solutions.

- Assist in training and onboarding new back-end team members.

- Adhere to all safety and security procedures to protect merchandise, employees, and customers.
- Participate in store meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store by collaborating with other team members.
Extensive Experience In Back End Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Managing Back End Operations In A Retail Or Warehouse Environment. This Includes Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Receiving And Shipping Processes, And Supply Chain Management.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Back End Supervisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Back End Staff. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance And Support, And Resolve Conflicts Within The Team.
