Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Forman Mills. This role is essential in helping our store and team succeed, as you’ll be responsible for helping to manage and maintain our operations and customer service. You’ll need to be highly organized and have a passion for providing an excellent customer experience.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of retail management experience, as well as demonstrated success in sales and customer service. 6. Oversee store budget and financial reporting, and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
8. Monitor employee performance and address any issues promptly and professionally.
9. Analyze store performance data and develop strategies to improve results.
10. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
