  1. Analyze sales data and inventory levels to determine the most effective product allocation for each store.
  2. Develop and maintain allocation plans and strategies to ensure stores are properly stocked with merchandise.
  3. Collaborate with buying and planning teams to understand product trends and make informed allocation decisions.
  4. Monitor and adjust allocation plans based on sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends.
  5. Utilize analytical tools and systems to gather and analyze data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize product allocation.
  6. Communicate with vendors and distribution centers to ensure timely delivery of products to stores.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot any inventory or allocation issues, working with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
  8. Conduct regular store visits to assess product availability and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to product allocation, such as sales, inventory turnover, and in-stock levels.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in allocation and inventory management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  11. Train and mentor junior allocation analysts to ensure consistency and accuracy in allocation processes.
  12. Collaborate with store managers to understand store needs and provide support in addressing product allocation challenges.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and distribution centers to ensure smooth and efficient allocation processes.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve allocation processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical Skills With Experience In Data Analysis And Financial Modeling.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities.

  • Previous Experience In Inventory Management Or Allocation Planning Preferred.
