Manager, People Partnerships

We’re looking for a Manager, People Partnerships to join our People Leadership Team to help strategize with corporate leaders and drive a cultural shift where our team members have a platform to bring their best selves. Proactively work with the HRBPs to assess business performance, identify gaps, and initiate partnerships to develop HR solutions that promote organizational and employee effectiveness. Facilitate the consistent application, implementation, and improvement of HR policies, processes, and programs (merit and promotion, planning, performance management, employee relations, career development, headcount planning, etc.). Translate short- and long-term operating goals into HR processes, projects, and assignments; integrate and initiate the work with key stakeholders and functional partners to ensure appropriate solutions are delivered to support business strategies.
