Inventory Control Associate

Facilitate and reconcile store/warehouse physical inventories. Partner with Operations/Loss Prevention on conducting physical inventory/cycle counts on inventory, maintain strict records and reporting to management. Provide support with gathering and summarizing inventory-related data during third-party audits. Process transfers and shrink adjustments in the internal warehouse system; reconcile physical inventory on-hand on a regular basis to ensure accuracy in reported figures, analyzing the results to identify opportunities for shrink reduction. Communicate regularly with Logistics, Warehouse, and stores to monitor inventory movements, ensuring that all stores are following proper guidelines for receiving and accounting for inventory Identify any inventory discrepancies from the physical inventory data, investigate all potential causes, and recommend corrective measures.
