
Digital Operations Manager
Manage day-to-day relationships with 3rd Party vendors ensuring optimal performance, costs and goals are met. Partner with the Product Team on third party partners and technologies that power our ecommerce site to effectively drive increased traffic and sales. Manage the process and communication to monitor, collect, prioritize, assign, track, and report on resolution of backlog/production issues. Contribute to the creation of a best-in-class journey by analyzing voice of customer insights and sharing with respective cross functional partners.Support seasonal/weekly/monthly content briefs based on feedback from merchandising and marketing teams. Content briefs include Homepag e, Landing Pages and special shop ideas to support new category initiatives and product assortment. Support in site promotional strategy. Develop weekly KPI and ROI site reporting and provide recommendations on overall improvement of KPIs.
5+ years of ecommerce experience with a passion for driving measurable revenue results
Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and site analytics tools specifically Salesforce
Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
