Act as a subject matter expert on Distribution Center (DC) and procure to pay related systems to varying audiences (e.g. business users, QA, POS vendors, management). Collaborate with external vendors, internal departments, and company leadership to design, develop, and implement operational information systems. Identify and create high-level solution designs, consisting of project specifications and requirements, project scope and objectives, and success metrics, based on an analysis/assessment of user needs. Evaluate existing information systems through gap analysis, developing viable alternative solutions and estimates by working closely with the IT Project teams to align designs that enable the achievement of strategic business outcomes. Assess system and error trends to identify and resolve irregularities in the production environment and provide target support to prevent future incidents.
