- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any tooling or process issues.

- Conduct research and stay updated on industry developments to identify new and innovative tooling and process solutions.

- Participate in design reviews and provide input on tooling requirements for new product development.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any tooling-related issues on the production line.
- Monitor and analyze tooling performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Tooling Design And Development.
Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Catia Or Solidworks.
