
Technical Program Manager, Closures

- Lead and manage the development and launch of new closure systems for Ford vehicles.
- Oversee the entire program from concept to production, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, manufacturing, and suppliers.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to ensure project success.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with Ford's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in closure systems technology.
- Act as a subject matter expert in closure systems and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Drive and support strategic initiatives for the closure systems department.
- Collaborate with other Technical Program Managers to align project goals and resources.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports for senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management And Product Development Within The Automotive Industry
Strong Technical Knowledge Of Closures Systems, Including Doors, Hoods, And Tailgates
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
