  1. Design and develop cutting-edge power electronics solutions for electric and hybrid vehicles.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power electronics systems into vehicle designs.
  3. Conduct research and feasibility studies to identify new technologies and materials for improved performance and efficiency.
  4. Create and maintain technical specifications, design documents, and test plans for inverter development.
  5. Perform simulations and analyses to optimize inverter design and performance.
  6. Lead and mentor junior engineers in the development and testing of new power electronics solutions.

  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to inverter design and performance.

  17. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  18. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and demo inverter technology to potential customers.
  19. Ensure all designs and processes comply with company policies and procedures.
  20. Contribute to the overall success of the engineering department by sharing knowledge and ideas with colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Power Electronics Design And Development, Specifically In The Automotive Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Inverter Technologies, Including Power Conversion, Control Systems, And Thermal Management

  • Experience With Simulation And Modeling Tools Such As Matlab/Simulink, Pspice, And Ansys

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Projects From Concept To Production, With A Focus On Meeting Quality, Cost, And Timing Targets.
