Extensive Experience In Finance And Accounting: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Finance And Accounting, With At Least 5 Years In A Management Role. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial Principles, Accounting Practices, And Financial Reporting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Electric Vehicle (Ev) Industry: The Sr. Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading The Development Of Ford's Advanced Ev Technology, So They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Ev Industry, Including Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Regulatory Environment. Previous Experience In The Ev Industry Or Related Sectors Is Highly Preferred.
Strategic Thinking And Decision-Making Skills: The Sr. Manager Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Financial Strategies For Ford's Advanced Ev Development, So They Should Have Strong Strategic Thinking And Decision-Making Skills. They Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Financial Data, Identify Key Insights, And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.
Leadership And Team Management Experience: This Role Will Involve Managing A Team Of Finance Professionals, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leadership And Team Management. They Should Be Able To Inspire And Motivate Their Team, Foster A Collaborative Work Environment, And Drive Results.
