  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  5. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

  8. Continuously seek to improve skills and knowledge in plumbing and pipefitting techniques.

  12. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability in meeting project deadlines.
  13. Train and mentor new team members as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Relevant Experience In Plumbing And Pipefitting: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Plumbing And Pipefitting, Preferably In An Industrial Or Manufacturing Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes And Regulations: As Part Of Their Job, Plumbers And Pipefitters Must Adhere To Strict Building Codes And Regulations. Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of These Codes And Regulations To Ensure Compliance And Safety.

  • Ability To Read And Interpret Blueprints: Plumbers And Pipefitters Must Be Able To Read And Interpret Blueprints And Technical Drawings To Accurately Plan And Execute Their Work. This Requires A Strong Understanding Of Plumbing And Piping Systems.

  • Physical Strength And Stamina: The Job Of A Plumber And Pipefitter Can Be Physically Demanding, Requiring Candidates To Be Able To Lift Heavy Objects, Work In Confined Spaces, And Stand For Long Periods Of Time. Physical Strength And Stamina Are Essential For Success In This Role.
