Extensive Experience With Servicenow Virtual Agent Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience Developing And Implementing Servicenow Virtual Agent Solutions. They Should Be Well-Versed In All Aspects Of Virtual Agent Configuration, Including Conversation Design, Natural Language Processing, And Integration With Other Servicenow Modules.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Team Lead, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Developers And Drive Project Deliverables.
