  13. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee relations.
  14. Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improvement based on feedback.
  15. Foster a culture of fairness, respect, and inclusivity within the organization.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations: A Senior Specialist In Employee Relations-Investigations At Ford Motor Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Federal And State Labor Laws, As Well As Industry-Specific Regulations.
