Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Automotive Seating Design And Development.
Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Catia Or Nx, And Plm Systems.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations For Automotive Seating, Including Fmvss And Ece.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
