- Design and develop cutting-edge exterior lighting systems for Ford vehicles
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and trends in the field of exterior lighting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of lighting systems into vehicle designs
- Lead and manage the development process from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and meeting all engineering requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies and create technical specifications for new lighting systems

Extensive Experience In Automotive Lighting Design And Development: A Senior Exterior Systems Engineer At Ford Motor Should Have A Strong Background In Lighting Design And Development, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In The Automotive Industry.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Automotive Lighting, Such As Fmvss And Ece Regulations. They Should Also Be Familiar With Emerging Trends And Advancements In Lighting Technology.
