1. Lead and drive transformational change within a global organization through agile methodologies.
2. Act as a subject matter expert in all things agile, providing guidance and support to teams and leaders.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and assess current processes and make recommendations for improvement.
4. Serve as a coach and mentor for teams at all levels, from individual contributors to senior leaders.
5. Develop and deliver training programs to promote agile adoption and understanding across the organization.
6. Monitor and track progress of agile initiatives and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
7. Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges to agile adoption and provide solutions.
