Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
3+ Years Of Experience In Automotive Seating Design, Preferably At A Major Automotive Company.
Strong Technical Knowledge Of Seating Materials And Components, Including Fabrics, Foams, And Structures.
Proficiency In Cad Software Such As Catia Or Nx.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively Within A Cross-Functional Team.
