  1. Design and develop cutting-edge RWD hybrid transmission and torque converter systems for Ford's hybrid vehicle lineup.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify innovative solutions for enhancing the performance and efficiency of hybrid transmissions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hybrid transmission systems with other vehicle components.
  4. Utilize advanced engineering tools and techniques to optimize the design and performance of hybrid transmissions.
  5. Develop and maintain engineering specifications, standards, and procedures for hybrid transmission systems.
  6. Conduct rigorous testing and validation of hybrid transmissions to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  7. Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges related to hybrid transmission design and development.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in hybrid transmission technology, and incorporate them into Ford's product development strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Designing And Developing Rwd Hybrid Transmissions And Torque Converters.

  • Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software, Such As Autocad Or Solidworks.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hybrid Powertrain Systems And Their Integration With Traditional Transmission Systems.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Collaborative Environment, With Strong Problem-Solving And Communication Skills.
