Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Development For The Automotive Industry.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software, Such As Catia Or Solidworks.
Strong Knowledge Of Interior Systems And Components, Including Seats, Instrument Panels, And Infotainment Systems.
Experience With Project Management And Cross-Functional Collaboration, Including Working With Suppliers And Manufacturing Teams.
