  1. Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines and applicable labor laws.
  2. Provide guidance and support to plant employees on HR related matters, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and benefits.
  3. Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate onboarding processes for new employees.
  4. Manage recruitment and selection processes for open positions, ensuring compliance with equal employment opportunity regulations.
  5. Collaborate with plant leadership to identify and address employee development needs through training and career development initiatives.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and payroll information.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding any HR-related questions or concerns.
  8. Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution of employee complaints or grievances.
  9. Monitor and track employee performance and conduct performance evaluations as needed.
  10. Manage employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
  11. Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance within the plant.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant goals and initiatives.
  13. Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  15. Continuously strive to improve HR processes and procedures to support a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeo.

  • Experience With Recruitment And Onboarding Processes, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Selection.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
