- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of the organization
- Partner with plant management to understand and anticipate workforce needs and develop solutions to address them
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to EEO, ADA, and FMLA
- Conduct investigations and make recommendations for resolution of employee relations issues
- Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Monitor and track employee performance and provide support to managers in the performance management process
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address any HR-related concerns or issues
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in HR practices to continuously improve and enhance the HR function within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Industry.
Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeoc.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Work Collaboratively With All Levels Of Employees.
Experience In Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, And Employee Relations.
