Plant HR Generalist

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of the organization
• Partner with plant management to understand and anticipate workforce needs and develop solutions to address them
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to EEO, ADA, and FMLA
• Conduct investigations and make recommendations for resolution of employee relations issues
• Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
• Monitor and track employee performance and provide support to managers in the performance management process
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
• Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address any HR-related concerns or issues
• Stay current on industry trends and developments in HR practices to continuously improve and enhance the HR function within the organization.
