- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines and state/federal laws.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes for the plant, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, addressing complaints, and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations, including but not limited to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, including open enrollment and annual salary reviews.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to identify training and development needs and facilitate employee training programs.
- Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the plant, providing HR insights and recommendations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Represent the company at job fairs and other recruiting events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or plant leadership.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Environment
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations
Experience With Hris And Other Hr Software Systems
