Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Or Automotive Technology
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Paint Or Coatings Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Role
Strong Understanding Of Automotive Paint Processes And Technologies, Including Knowledge Of Environmental Regulations And Safety Protocols
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments
