  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address packaging needs and requirements.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in packaging technology to continuously improve and innovate.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  7. Develop and manage budget for packaging engineering department.
  8. Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high quality standards.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards for packaging materials and processes.
  10. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on packaging projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Packaging Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Packaging Engineering, Preferably In The Automotive Industry

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Packaging Materials, Processes, And Equipment

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Project Management Abilities, With The Ability To Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
