Bachelor's Degree In Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Materials Manufacturing, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Material Properties And Their Impact On Manufacturing Processes And Product Performance.
Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Materials Selection And Testing.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.
